2022 Bay Area Fall Mini Sessions
Hello New & Returning Families!
It’s that time of year again 2022 fall mini sessions… I know that it still feels like summer and the weather is so warm but I am now releasing to everyone my fall mini sessions. Mini Sessions are only offered once a year around the holiday season and I am so excited about the various locations offered this year. They’re such a great opportunity to get a few great family photos, whether you use them to update frames around your house or you’re planning on sending out Christmas cards.
I seriously cannot wait to see all the beautiful families in front of my camera this fall. From the families that I’ve gotten to watch grow and change over the years, to the new ones that I get to meet for the first time this year. It never loses its beauty to be able to capture you guys just as you are. This really is the best job ever.
Please be sure to review your desired time and date and location very carefully prior to booking your time slot. Once you have booked your Mini Session, you will be sent an email with all the important location information along with all other miscellaneous details you’ll need to have for a successful and stress free session.
2022 MINI SESSIONS include the following:
20-25 minutes (perfect length for the kiddos!)
At-least 30 high-resolution images and all edited
$75 non refundable deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your slot - by Venmo (@sarahihadden)
Private online gallery delivered within 10-14 days of session
$400
Referral program: Refer a friend or family member who hasn’t booked with me previously and when they booked you’ll receive an additional $20 off your session! Earn up to a free session!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Are mini sessions only for families with children?
A: Mini sessions are for EVERYONE. Engaged, married, simply in love couples with or without children are all welcomed.
Q: Can I book a mini session to take engagement/maternity/anniversary photos?
A: Yes.
Q: What if it rains?
A: If it pours rain, sessions will be postponed (all depends on availability). Sarahi will make final decision.
Q: What about smokey outdoor conditions due to fires?
A: If it’s extremely smokey, sessions will be postponed. Anything below air quality Level 4 (low 4 and below) will continue to be held in its original outdoor location.
Q: How long will it take to receive my digital photos?
A: About 10-14 days after your session you'll receive an online gallery with about 30+ edited images.
Q: How should I prep for my mini session?
A: If you have little one’s, make sure they are well fed BEFORE your scheduled time. There’s nothing more difficult than a hungry and crying baby. Feel free to bring a snack or candy to keep the little one’s happy.
Q: What should I wear during my session?
A:
First and foremost, wear what makes you feel comfortable and good (including your child).
Avoid being matchy matchy.
Color coordinate your outfits by picking 2-3 colors to work with.
Wear solid colors that compliment each other or choose different shades of that color.
Wear solid, neutral or earth tone colors. These colors work best in photos: white, black, ivory, blue (soft or jean-color), soft or deep brown, mustard yellow, deep green and gray.
Avoid neon/bright colors.
Layer some outfits to give it contrast.
Patterns work, but keep them to a minimum or layer them with a jacket/vest/sweater.
These are professional photos. Please avoid wearing anything with logos or graphics.
Wear comfortable to walk in as we’ll be moving around plenty.
Q: Can we include our dog?
A: Yes, all my locations are dog friendly!
Q: What’s the max number of people allowed per mini session time slot?
A: There isn’t a max limit per session. However, keep in mind these are quick and short sessions. Meaning, if you’re planning on have 6+ people total, we may not have time to get candids, fun shots or every single grouping possible. If your group consists of more than 6 people, I strongly suggest booking two mini sessions time slots OR a 1-hour private session.
